Duane Martin responds to Tisha Campbell's abuse claims by slamming her parenting skills

The divorce proceedings between Duane Martin and his estranged wife Tisha Campbell are getting messier and messier. In the recent court hearing, Martin responded to Campbell's abuse claims by slamming her parenting skills.

A few weeks ago Tisha Campbell accused Duane Martin of domestic abuse. Now the veteran actor clapped back with shocking allegations of his own.

Ignoring her accusations, Martin took a different route for his defense. Instead, he took a stab at her parenting skills.

TMZ reports that court documents state that Duane Martin expressed serious concerns about his ex's parenting skills. He claimed her skills also impact their children's education.

The father of two apparently believes his ex's lack of formal education affects their sons. He claims she is not capable of ensuring they complete their homework while they're in her custody.

"I am a graduate of New York University. Schooling was very important to me," he said.

Martin called for changes to their custody agreement. He wants their current pick up and drops off arrangement reviewed.

The former couple previously agreed to exchange their children at a police station. However, Martin claims they should find a new location.

He is asking to find one that is in the best interest of their two children. The new claims and requests from Martin come days after Tisha's accusation were made.

Tisha accused her ex of physically, mentally and emotionally abusing her. She claims the abuse occurred throughout their marriage.

The estranged couple married in 1996 and split in 2018. Tisha was granted a restraining order after her allegations.

The restraining order stipulates that Duane must stay 100 yards away from her until their hearing in February.
