Kimora Lee Simmons' daughter Ming Lee is an exact copy of her mom in fiery photo

Kimora Lee Simmons’ eldest daughter, Ming Lee, is successfully building a career in the fashion industry at 19. The gorgeous girl is a fantasy in pink in a new photo shared to Instagram, and fans can’t stop gushing about how much she looks like her mother.

Ming Lee Simmons inherited not only her mother’s passion for fashion and modeling but also her dominant facial features.

The girl could easily pass as her mom’s twin in her latest Instagram pic, wearing a hot pink pantsuit, nude sandals, and wild curly hair.

In the artistic shot, Ming Lee sits atop a pile of fashion magazines at the Around the World Fashion Publications, a store that sells fashion magazines from all around the globe in New York City.

Fans filled the young model’s comment section gushing about her beauty and her strong genes, as she resembles a young Kimora Lee when she was just starting her modeling gigs.

“Lookin like your mama 10/10,” wrote one user. Another added, “Come through hun looking like you momma! Gorgeous,” and a third one agreed, “Omg you're your mom twin when she was modeling in her time.”

Ming Lee, who recently celebrated her 19th birthday with a Barbie-themed party, has been modeling and walking down the runaway since she was a toddler. She used to model for her parents’ fashion line for kids, BabyPhat, strutting down the runaway with her younger sister Aoki even before they entered pre-k.

Growing up surrounded by the fashion industry, as now her mother is a designer, Ming Lee feels at home standing in front of the cameras, and she’s letting the world know she means business.

A freshman at NYU, Ming Lee splits her time between her studies and her modeling career, because as much as she enjoys giving her best profile to the camera, she also wants to follow her parents’ steps in business, especially when it comes to fashion design.

“I definitely want to try designing, because I think that I might be good at it. I take after my parents, so the ideal modeling job is for a brand or business that you own," Ming told W Magazine last year. And added:

"If I was going to make my own label I would always start with my mom first. I think she’s really developed and changed her style, and every time she changes she inspires the world in a different way."

Of course, having Kimora Lee to guide her is an added benefit. They go to castings together, and while Kimora revealed she doesn’t know if that helps or not, they have a fantastic bond and help each other stay grounded.

“It’s important to remember where you came from to know where you’re going. I look at her, and that’s where I’m from and then she looks at me and sees in some ways that’s where she’s going," said Kimora. Ming added,

"Where she’s at in life, I want to be there at some point in the future."

Ming Lee still has a long way to got to catch up with her mom’s achievements, but she’s on the right track and fans are rooting for her.
