A Pistons dancer had big plans, romantic plans, for game night.

Two members of the Detroit Pistons' spirit squad stole the show when "Extreme Team" member Ryan decided it would be the perfect place to pop the big question.

He worked on a unique choreography set for the evening and proposed to dancer Jenn on the court during a timeout in the third quarter.

Ryan, wearing a white shirt, was accompanied by at nine male dancers in black pants and shirt while he serenaded the love of his life.

The moves were impressive – Ryan did backflips and even pulled a few breakdancing moves to Bruno Mars' "Marry You."

Part of the dance routine also included his backup dancers helping into a jacket, which he buttoned up, before he went down on one knee.

By the time he fished the wedding out of his pocket, Jenn was in tears, and the crowd was going wild.

A one-minute video clip of Ryan's performance was shared on the official NBA Twitter account, with the caption: "She said YES!"

The following day, an aerial view of the dance routine was shared by Mike Foss, the WXYZ-TV sports producer. He aptly captioned it:

"One of the Pistons dancers just got engaged during a timeout."

The official Pistons Dancers account said on Twitter: "Congratulations to 4th year Jenn on her engagement to [Pistons Extreme] member Ryan! We wish you both all the happiness."

They added a heart emoji and ring emoji for good measure, along with the hashtags "engagement," "NBA," "entertainment," "season of love," "NBA Dancers," and "AcroDunkers."

Fans also took to the social media platform to congratulate the couple, with Joseph Lacasale saying the performance "was awesome," while another user added:

"Good job boy, congrats."

Scotti Ramsey added: "Imagine fighting for playoff and having to deal with this in the middle of the 3rd quarter," while YS added, "imagine saying no."

It would appear as though midgame proposals are all the rage these days, with dancer Erynn getting asked the big questions from Hooper the mascot back in 2017.
