Remy Ma & Papoose Show off Their 'Golden Child' for the 1st Time on TV & Reveal Her Unique Name

Remy Ma and her rapper husband Papoose finally revealed the name of their daughter and shared more details of her during their appearance on “The Real.”

Even though the baby girl was born on December 14, 2018, the couple kept as many details as possible under the wraps. Her face was never shown in any of the pics Remy and Papoose uploaded to social media and they would only call her “Golden Child.”

Thankfully, the rappers went to “The Real” to reveal not only her face and name but also some interesting details about her. They named her Reminisce MacKenzie Mackie, chosen after Remy’s real name.

One of the aspects the couple talked during the show was that the baby made their lives pleasant and peaceful as they don’t want to disagree on anything and “everything is just so calm.”

REMY’S HEALTH PROBLEMS AFTER THE DELIVERY

Remy also addressed the health problems she experienced after giving birth. The rapper explained that women are supposed to “continue to contract” to make the uterus and the rest of the parts of the body “shrink back” to their pre-pregnancy size.

However, her blood pressure was so high that her body was not doing so. Remy confessed that it happened because she worked too much (she worked until the day Reminisce was born).

Three days after the delivery, Remy had to go back to the hospital to get a blood transfusion. Even though it was a scary experience, the rapper pointed out that she is healthy already.

SPOILING THE CHILD

At some point during their conversation, Jeannie Mai, one of “The Real” co-hosts, asked the couple who spoiled the baby the most. Papoose revealed that Remy used to tell him that he shouldn’t spoil her, but now is Remy who buys her everything.

Soon after they went to the show, Remy reposted a “The Shade Room” video of her time in “The Real” and shared even more details of the child in the caption, including that she weighed 7 pounds and 2 ounces when she was born.

“It’s so weird seeing her on social media. This baby is EVERYTHING me & her father, my husband @papoosepapoose prayed she would be and EVEN MORE!,” admitted the rapper.

Finally, she thanked her “The Real” family and admitted to being glad that her daughter met her “aunties & uncles.” It is not the first time Reminisce melts people’s hearts, of course.

Recently, Remy uploaded a photo showing Fat Joe holding Reminisce in the most adorable way. She and Papoose were also with him, and they were all looking down at the baby with a big smile on their faces. At the moment, the couple is focused on raising their child in the best possible way.
