Miranda Lambert Received Flowers from Her ‘Hero’ Tanya Tucker with a Lovely Note about Love
Weeks after she broke the news of her secret wedding to police officer Brendan McLoughlin, Miranda Lambert, received a flower gift, with a lovely note from her “Hero,” Tanya Tucker.
The note which was shared by the country singer on her Instagram story is about a touching message on love, as well as good wishes for the new couple. It was signed at the end “All my love, Tanya Tucker.” Lambert also shared a photo of the bouquet on social media, which she described as flowers gotten from her hero.
The two women go way back as the “Pistol Annies” member has always said she was inspired by Tucker, which the latter regards as a compliment.
In an interview with “Washington Times,” Tucker said she's continuously told that Lambert says she inspires her, and while she has not heard it or read anything to that effect, she believes it and loves the younger woman’s music.

The “Tin Man” singer since getting married has managed to stay away from the public eye and has refused to comment on her marriage. She is focused on raising funds through her charity “MuttNation Foundation,” to provide support for animal shelters.
There have been speculations on whether she will be moving permanently to New York after she was seen in Nashville at Dierks Bentley concert where she performed with him and Keith Urban. The country trio sang classic country songs including “Blue Kentucky Girl” by Loretta Lynn.
On Valentines' Day, Lambert announced her secret marriage to Brendan, three weeks after the wedding. The 36-year-old also shared a photo of the two of them on Instagram.
Brendan is an officer with the New York Police Department and is a native of Staten Island. He worked mostly patrol duties at concerts and had tried modeling at the age of 19. The 27-year-old became a local hero after he helped stop a bank robbery.
Lambert is set to perform at this year's “Country Music Awards Festival” from June 6 to June 9, along with Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw, and Pistol Annies.
