Jane Fonda Defies Age in a Coquettish Polka Dot Top as She Holds Hands with Lily Tomlin
Jane Fonda, who was reunited with her co-star Lily Tomlin during a recent event, proved age is just a number as she showed off flawless complexions wearing a provocative polka dot top.
The 81-year-old actress looked stunning while posing on the red carpet with Tomlin during a "Grace & Frankie" panel at PaleyFest in Los Angeles.
In January, only days before the Season 5 of their hit series, "Grace & Frankie," debuted, Netflix declared that it would be renewed for a 6th season.
Fonda was also spotted posing with a number of her co-stars, including Sam Waterston, Martin Sheen, Ethan Embry, Marta Kauffman, Howard J. Morris, June Diane Raphael, and Baron Vaughn.
The award-winning veteran actress is no stranger to the significance of dressing for success. For the event, she sported a black top with white polka dots. She paired it with black pants and black shoes.
Fonda accessorized herself with a gold ring, earrings, and a gold necklace. Meanwhile, Tomlin, 79, was donning matching black pants, black shoes, and a plain black top. She completed the look with an open purple shirt.
In January, only days before the Season 5 of their hit series, "Grace & Frankie," debuted, Netflix declared that it would be renewed for a 6th season.
During the PaleyFest panel, Marta Kaufman, co-creator of "Grace & Frankie," uncovered that the comedy web television series is bringing back Ernie Hudson as Frankie's (Tomlin) love interest Jacob.
Rumors are also swirling around claiming Fonda and Tomlin's "9 to 5" co-star Dolly Parton will show up on the series. However, nothing is set in stone yet.
It's been almost four decades since the release of "9 to 5," a 1980 American comedy film. A sequel has been discussed for a considerable length of time, but it's been hard to arrange each of the three performing artists' schedules.
In an interview with ET, Tomlin said: "A script is being written, and we’ll see. You never know."
Fonda, who underwent successful surgery for a tumor in her breast in 2010, echoed, saying that they were all waiting for the "9 to 5" script.
