Sandra Bullock Lists Her Gorgeous Estate for Sale and It Looks Gorgeous
Veteran actor and producer, Sandra Bullock, listed her three-acre beachfront property in Georgia's Tybee Island for $6.5 million.
She is selling her home with almost everything in it, according to the listing with Ruthie Lynah and Rachel Umbreit of Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty.
The house sits on a 3,360-square-foot property and includes a gourmet kitchen, a home gym, a basketball court, and a pool.
The house also has a private beach entrance with screened porches, perfect for anyone who is after the "beach bum life at its best."
In addition, the property has a game room, an outdoor grill and a crow's nest offering beautiful beach views.
As reported by Architectural Digest, Bullock bought the five-bedroom home in 2001 for a smidgen more than $1.5 million.
The home has an open-concept ground floor with living room, exposed wood ceilings, and a fireplace, while the dining room borders the gourmet kitchen.
The bedrooms are situated on the second floor, including the master suite with attached sitting room and one-of-a-kind clawfoot tub.
The listing also informs potential buyers that it is ideally situated for watching dolphins frolicking in the waves.
The property is situated approximately 20 minutes drive from the historic town of Savannah, a sleepy little beach town in Georgia.
Her neighbors on the island include newlyweds Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, as well as John Mellencamp, according to Forbes.
Bullock recently also sold a ranch near Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles for a $2.925 million. She also owns properties in Austin, New Orleans, Beverly Hills, Wyoming, and New York City.
