Porsha Williams Shares First Photo of Baby Pilar Jhena at 5 Days Old

At five days old, Pilar Jhena has made the long-awaited debut on her reality star mom Porsha William’s Instagram page. Porsha shared the photo along with a revelation about her pregnancy.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has been vocal about how much she wants to start a family, and now that her dreams have become a reality, she’s wasting no time sharing the precious moments with fans.

Porsha took to Instagram on March 27 with her first photo of Pilar who she welcomed less than a week ago. With her back turned to the camera, the adorable tot was wrapped in a floral blanket and rocked a matching headband.

“It’s something we’ve both always wanted. …It’s like a dream come true.”

Very conspicuous, however, was Pilar’s full head of black, curly, hair, and Porsha revealed how her daughter’s particular feature affected her during pregnancy.

Across the image, Porsha, 37, wrote:

“This is what gave mommy all tha heartburn #PilarJhena”

The reality star’s fiancé, Dennis McKinley, earlier shared the first glimpse of their daughter over the weekend. The new dad put up a picture of himself holding Pilar’s hospital-tagged foot on Instagram Story and expressed his gratitude.

“God is great! I am thankful for a healthy baby,” the businessman wrote. “Thank you for all of your well wishes.”

Porsha welcomed the couple’s first child on March 22 and Dennis made sure to keep fans in the loop with photos and videos from his fiancée’s delivery, making sure, however, not to reveal the baby’s face.

People Magazine initially confirmed Pilar’s birth, revealing that the little one, born via C-section, weighed in at 6lbs 15oz and is 20 inches long.

In a joint statement, the new parents said:

“What a time to be alive! Porsha and I are so happy and blessed to announce the arrival of our daughter, Baby PJ. We couldn’t have imagined a more magical moment! Can’t thank everyone enough for joining us on this journey — it’s been a fantastic journey.”

Announcing her pregnancy last September, Porsha, who suffered a miscarriage in 2013, said it was “a dream come true.”

“The thought of me getting that blessing after praying for it for so long and getting that blessing with someone who is just as excited as me,” she gushed. “It’s something we’ve both always wanted. …It’s like a dream come true.”

Pilar Jhena McKinley is the first child for both Porsha and Dennis.
