Kim Kardashian on Having Baby No. 4 with Kanye West: 'I Didn't Think It Was Going to Happen'

Finally, the Kardashians celebrate sweet 16! The show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" premiered its sixteenth season on E! network on Sunday, and it was filled with some juicy reveals.

The first episode featured Kanye West's first ever interview on the reality show. The rapper and businessman who is known for his anonymity on the program explained that he was convinced to take the conversation after watching the movie "The Incredibles."

"Part of the reason why I even thought about or considering doing this recording like — what do you call it? This interview — is because of the movie 'The Incredibles.' It starts off with the interviews. The superheroes are giving interviews. The wife got a big butt, and I just see our life becoming more and more and more like 'The Incredibles' before we can finally fly.”

After this, Kanye and wife, Kim during a meal broke the news that they are adding another baby via surrogate to the family. In attendance was Kris Jenner, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick, and Corey Gamble.

Although everyone seemed excited about the news, Kim confessed she initially intended to keep it a secret just like her sister Kylie had done. But things changed after her daughter North, revealed the secret to her friends.

In another scene, Kim told Kylie that the decision to have another child had "freaked her out" at first. The 38-year-old went on to say that she had thought the pregnancy wouldn't take. Luckily for the reality star and her family, everything worked out fine.

“I didn’t think it was going to happen. I thought like ‘oh, it probably won’t even take.'” - Kim told Kylie.

Kim Kardashian and husband, Kanye already have three kids, North, 5, Saint, 3 and one-year-old Chicago. A source close to the celebrity couple revealed earlier this year that the reality stars are expecting a baby boy via surrogate later in the year. Kim who welcomed her daughter Chicago in 2018 later confirmed the rumor on "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen" about two weeks later.

The family of five are intrigued about the arrival of their new baby and can't wait to be a family of six.
