Nipsey Hussle's Ex Tanisha Criticized after Tribute Post

The demise of Nipsey Hussle broke lots of hearts far and wide, and one of those hearts is that of his baby mama, Tanisha Asghedom. The mother of his daughter, Emani Asghedom finally broke her silence over the weekend for the first time since Nipsey's death.

She posted the tribute on her Instagram page with the caption,

"I love you Ermy, you know when I'm mad at you its Ermias Joseph, I love you so much."

Although it was a sweet gesture, most people didn't buy it. The post came with a lot of backlash from her followers with some of them accusing her of being a clout chaser.

Rapper, businessman, and activist Nipsey Hussle died on March 31st after he was gunned down by a man now known as Eric Holder in front of his clothing store.

On April 11th, friends, well-wishers and family members gathered for the funeral of Ermias Asghedom popularly known as Nipsey Hussle. Some of the familiar faces in attendance were, rapper Snoop Dogg, Yg, Cassie, Big Sean, Jay Z, Beyonce to name a few.

Although lots of people were there including his daughter Emani Asghedom and girlfriend Lauren London, it wasn't so hard to notice that his baby mama, Chyna was not in attendance. This got people curious and as a result of this took to her Instagram page to insult her effort of putting his image up if she couldn't care about attending the funeral.

A follower wrote,

"This whole caption is disrespectful. Her Facebook name is disrespectful. She has a whole boyfriend and is using Nipsey's govt last name and his stage name for what reason???, They weren't together. This is ratchet and messy AF! Idc what y'all say."

Another wrote,

"So am I the only one that notices how bad this chick looks/living. Its clear as day that nip didn't give two shits about her. She was a hood chick that left in the hood. I'm not saying she can't mourn him, because clearly she isn't over him, but what I will say is she's screaming for attention that she does not deserve. Nipsey didn't even acknowledge her, so why should me."

But not everything was terrible and some of her followers came to her defense. One person commented,

"This is the most disrespectful shit ever, how dare you internet bullies come on someone's page and tell them how to grieve or whom they are entitled to grieve. She shared a child with this man. None of you knew him personally and shouldn't have no opinion except uplifting her to be a better mom and to be strong."

Nipsey's family recently politely shut down all fundraising efforts for his kids, even from celebrities, because their father made sure they'd be financially secure. Sources close to Hussle's family told the celebrity news website "TMZ.com" that Nipsey made sure his two children, Emani and Kross Asghedom, would never have to rely on other people for money.
