Khloé Kardashian Opens Up about Tristan Thompson’s First Cheating Scandal

As the newest season of “Keeping Up with the Kardashian” airs months’ worth of content from the sisters’ lives, fans are finally getting answers on Khloé’s feelings about the first cheating scandal that rocked her relationship with Tristan Thompson.

On Sunday episode, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé traveled to Bali and visited several mediums.

One of them told Khloé she was living an inner turmoil because of a bad experience, and that she didn’t trust the person she was with at the moment, Tristan Thompson.

At the time, Khloé was still recovering from the first cheating scandal with the father of her child, which broke into the spotlight two days before Khloé gave birth to baby True.

That episode was filmed in October, months before the Cleveland Cavaliers star was accused of cheating for a second time. To make things worse, with Jordyn Woods, a friend of the Kardashian family.

Several publications posted pictures of Tristan entering and leaving a hotel in New York City with a woman, and also published footage from 2017 where he was kissing a woman while another groped him. Khloé was already pregnant by then.

Although Khloé was initially confused and mad about the situation, she eventually decided to forgive Thompson and move on for the sake of their newborn daughter.

However, the new mom confessed on Sunday’s episode that she was having second thoughts about Thompson.

“Ever since what happened with Tristan and I, nobody knows I fight an inner battle with myself in regards to what is the best thing to do for my relationship and for me,” she said.

Khloé also mentioned that after meeting with the mediums, she realized there were a lot of emotions she was suppressing. “Now, it’s time to think about all that stuff,” she added.

“It’s hard to overcome cheating,” the 34-year-old star admitted. And continued:

“It’s hard to gain the trust back. You wonder: Will it ever be the same, will you ever really get back to where you were prior to this whole cheating scandal? So I’m really just trying to reevaluate what’s important to me and hopefully make the right decision. But yeah, you don’t know.”

Khloé and Tristan have now split for good, but that doesn’t mean the Good American designer is not open to co-parenting with the 28-year-old player.

Earlier this month, the former couple reunited at their daughter True’s 1st birthday party, although according to sources, they kept their distance for most of the day.

"Tristan attended the birthday party with some friends,” a source told People. “Khloé seemed a bit nervous about having him there, but there was never a question if he would be invited. It’s super important to Khloé that True spends as much time with Tristan as possible. Khloé wants True to have a great relationship with Tristan.”

Khloé is now focusing all of her energy on being the best mom for True, and she’s doing a great job at it, according to her family.
