Kyra Sedgwick Posts a Sweet Photo of Her 'Incredible' Mother

The impeccable actress, Kyra Sedgwick shared an image on Instagram of her mother and her fans flooded her timeline with thoughtful comments.

Kyra is a name associated with the big screens. Born in New York, the mother of two shows just how much she cares and adores her mother, with a recent update on her social media page of her mom, dressed in a blue flowery dress and a white hat, posing in front of what looked like a garden.

The TV star captioned it: "my incredible mother," the caption ended with a love emoji. Many fans thought that this was a beautiful reflection of the invaluable love and bond shared between mother and daughter.

Asides being an affectionate daughter, the actress is also a loving wife and a happy family woman. She is married to Kevin Bacon, and the duo has enjoyed their relationship for over three decades.

The pair's first meeting was in 1988 on a movie set, and she confessed that then she didn't find him "dateable." Few years down the line, when she was well over 20, and he was about 29 years old, Kevin tried to win her over, as he was already head over heels for her.

He recommended that she filled in for a massage at the same place where he was working out. She revealed in an interview with "Good Housekeeping," that she was a hard shell to crack, but that she fell deeply in love with her husband from the first time they met.

Although, she admitted that her parents didn't set the example for a good marriage, as her dad who was a businessman left her mom when she was only a toddler.

However, she decided to make her own family different, in an interview, she shared in details why her marriage has gone so well for her. In her words:

"Whatever you do, don't listen to celebrities on how to stay married; that's my secret."

She revealed that she was excited when her man proposed to her with a ring in stocking on the night before Christmas, and she accepted to be his wife. According to her, it wasn't up to a month after her wedding ceremony when she got pregnant. She said:

"We're like; let's just not use birth control, I didn't think it was going to happen so fast, I got pregnant in two weeks."

After she welcomed her kids, Travis and Sosie, her acting career received a fillip, as she earned several roles. She expressed how guilty she felt, having to put a large amount of her time in work.

Irrespective of the stressful schedule of managing both the kids and her marriage, Kevin stood firm by her side. They went on dates and secured an exciting affair that seemed indestructible years later.

The "Just A Kiss" star, mentioned that her kids are her world and that they are heavily involved in whatever decision she makes. Recently the pack got similar tattoos.

The movie star has featured in many films, and her credibility is undoubted. In 1982, she first appeared in "Another World”, in 1985 and 1986, she starred in both "Miami Vice" and "Amazing Stories" respectively.
