Nicole Kidman Glows Next to Keith Urban at 'Big Little Lies' Premiere
Nicole Kidman looked stunning alongside husband Keith Urban at the premiere of season 2 of "Big Little Lies."
Kidman, 51, wore a dazzling black jacket on the red carpet of New York City as she stepped out with her co-stars and husband for the event.
Urban, also 51, synced up with his wife by wearing a dark navy blue suit and a black polka dot undershirt. Photos are found below.
Kidman wore a black collared feather-trimmed sequined blazer from the Michael Kors Collection, which goes for $6,990. The suit is currently sold out. She paired it with black cropped pants and matching pumps.
The red-haired beauty accessorized with a soft pink bag and diamond jewelry. She spoke to ET at the premiere but didn't reveal much about the new season of "Big Little Lies."
She did say, however, that her husband helped her get through the emotional abuse scenes of the HBO series during the second season, just as he did in the first.
She added:
"I have the most extraordinary partner in life. I will always say that about him. I'm one of the very fortunate women in the world to have had a wonderful father, and I have a wonderful husband, and I'm just very -- I love to be able to say that, because to talk about the good men that have influenced me and affected me."
The show also stars Reese Witherspoon, Zoe Kravitz, Laura Dern, Shailene Woodley, and new addition Meryl Streep. They were also photographed at the premiere.
"Little Big Lies" follows the five women as they deal with the aftermath of a murder that destroys their lives. The new season will premiere on June 9.
Meanwhile, Kidman's new movie "The Goldfinch" is also set to come out soon. Based on Donna Tartt's novel of the same name, the story follows the character Theodore "Theo" Decker whose mother died in a bombing when he was 13.
Kidman plays the role of the socialite Mrs. Barbour, who takes in Theo when his father abandons him and helps him deal with the loss of his mother, her former friend. See the trailer below.
On Wednesday night, Kidman and Urban left behind their two girls Faith and Sunday Rose for the premiere. Yet, just before they left, Kidman took to Instagram to share a rare photo of her daughters.
Keeping their faces hidden, Kidman embraced her eight and ten-year-old as she smiled into the camera. "I am nothing without the love of my family," she captioned the picture.
In early April, Urban shared similar sentiments when he expressed his love for Kidman at the Academy of Country Music Awards. As the singer was declared Artist of the Year, he gave Kidman a kiss before going onstage and delivering the romantic message.
“Thank you so much. Baby girl, I love you so much,” he said in his speech. He then thanked his team and fans, then dedicated the prize to his two daughters.
