Wendy Williams Shows Slim Legs in Denim Shorts at Hot 97’s Summer Jam

Wendy Williams turns up the heat in short shorts as she attends a summer jam featuring DJ Boof. Wendy previously admitted going out to dinner with him after filing for divorce from Kevin Hunter.

Wendy Williams showcased her enviable legs as she graced an event in support of her show’s resident DJ.

TURNING UP THE HEAT

On her first public appearance since news of her divorce broke, not counting her show, Wendy stripped down to a white t-shirt and tiny shorts and served up some hotness at Hot 97’s Summer Jam.

There were rumors Boof wasn’t allowed near Wendy during her marriage to her now estranged husband, Kevin Hunter despite the latter being closer to Boof than Wendy

Standing on the stage to support DJ Boof, the talk show host looked fierce in gold sunglasses and a leopard print jacket. There was no point during her appearance when she took the mic as it appeared like she was only there to cheer on her friend. She even shared a photo from backstage with rapper Jay Critch and wrote,

“Yeah that’s ya girl & that young one JAY CRITCH. Shout out to NJ & BK. Stunting hard. #summerjam”

HER FRIENDSHIP WITH BOOF

Wendy and Boof go way back especially because he’s her resident DJ and crowd warmer-upper on “The Wendy Williams Show.” There were rumors Boof wasn’t allowed near Wendy during her marriage to her now estranged husband, Kevin Hunter despite the latter being closer to Boof than Wendy. However, it seems like that rule’s out the window now that Kevin is out of the picture.

Since setting herself free from the turmoil of her marriage to Kevin, who cheated on her and had a child with his mistress, Wendy has been living her best life.

Shortly after she announced her divorce, Wendy revealed Boof asked her out to dinner. She ended up having dinner with him and Charlamagne da God who also asked her out for the same evening. The host clearly enjoyed the attention she even admitted on her show that she’s been dating again and pretty often.

LIVING HER BEST LIFE

Since setting herself free from the turmoil of her marriage to Kevin, who cheated on her and had a child with his mistress, Wendy has been living her best life. Not only has she been “rediscovering my love for men,” as she describes it, she’s also been looking her best.

During a recent night out, she wowed in a tight black dress with a plunging neckline. She also matched her high spirits wearing a red dress with a white t-shirt while shopping in New York’s Hudson Yards.

HER TURBULENT MARRIAGE

Wendy’s disposition is a far cry from when she was checked into a sober house a few months back. She admitted battling her demons and finding solace in the center for recovering addicts. At the time, she was still married to Kevin but she would soon find herself kicking him out after discovering how far his affair with his mistress had gone.

DIVORCE DRAMA

Kevin and Wendy are currently processing their divorce while their only son, Kevin Hunter, Jr. is caught in the middle. He recently got arrested for punching his father after they argued about the family. Meanwhile, Wendy tearfully told her viewers that Kevin Jr. was happy to see her having fun after filing for divorce. Kevin Sr. on the other hand blamed Wendy for turning their son against him.

All that drama and yet Wendy looks fantastic. Kudos to this strong woman.
