Sean "Diddy" Combs celebrated his twin daughters' graduation from middle school and he paid tribute to his late love Kim Porter.

It seems like it was just yesterday that Sean "Diddy" Combs' twin daughters started middle school, and now they've graduated, and are ready for high school.

But in the midst of the joyous celebration, the memory of Kim Porter is ever-present for her family and for Diddy.

PROUD DAD DIDDY BOASTS ABOUT HIS GIRLS

Diddy took to Instagram to boast about his twins' achievements and recorded everything, from the 12-year-old D'Lila and Jesse's speeches to their evening at home.

The twins' siblings were all there: brothers Quincy, Justin, and Christian, and their thirteen-year-old sister Chance.

DIDDY PAYS TRIBUTE TO KIM PORTER

Diddy paid tribute to his long-time on again/off again partner Kim Porter, who passed away in November 2018 at the age of 47, leaving him to raise their two young daughters alone.

"Shout out to Kim, they're graduating baby. This one's for you... I mean, this two's for you," Diddy said.

THE TWINS' SPEECHES EULOGISED KIM PORTER

Kim Porter was present in spirit and in the hearts of her families, and her daughters paid homage to their mom in their graduation speeches.

"To my mom. For teaching me how to walk like a supermodel by strutting down our hallways as if they were a runway, which would allow me to show off my sass when I was on the real one," said Jessie.

"To modeling the latest fashion trends at photo shoots and fashion shows with my mom by my side, coaching me," said D'Lila.

MAKING IT THROUGH ONE DAY AT A TIME

Diddy, who has confessed that he is deeply wounded by Kim's loss whom he regrets never marrying, has been raising his two daughters alone and nurturing them through their grief at the loss of their mother.

The musician has reduced his workload drastically in order to concentrate on his children.

Diddy ended his day with a congratulatory note:

"I am happy to say mission completed! We did it this year."

It hasn't been easy, but Diddy is taking on the role of mom and dad and doing a great job. Kim Porter would be proud.
