Sarah Ferguson's Daughter Princess Beatrice Is Reportedly 'Completely' in Love with Boyfriend

Princess Beatrice recently debuted her new boyfriend and they seem quite serious. One source even described the royal as being in love.

Beatrice, 30, is Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter through her second son Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, often called Fergie. The two are not only co-parents but they co-habit with their children.

Though she's not usually in the spotlight, Beatrice has been making headlines since publicly making it known that she is dating a property tycoon and multi-millionaire, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

One can only tell so much from pictures, but the two appear happy together. According to a source through People though, it's much more than that. The magazine reported that the source said, "[Beatrice] is completely head over heels."

If that's the case, then it's been a long time coming for the couple who have reportedly known each other for years. Mozzi's deceased stepfather, Christopher Shale, was friends with former Prime Minister David Cameron.

Cameron was Prince Andrew and Ferguson's close friend. Thus, Beatrice has likely known Shale's stepson through her parents' mutual friend. Plus, she probably attended Shale's funeral in 2011.

Unfortunately, Beatrice was still in the early stages of her relationship with Dave Clark around that time. The two didn't break things off until 2016, after a decade of being together.

Beatrice and Mozzi debuted their romantic relationship in December 2018 at an event held in the New York Public Library, according to eyewitnesses. They were first photographed together in March at the National Portrait Gallery.

At the time, Beatrice wore a red velvet dress paired with black tights while her date stepped out with a classic black tuxedo and bow tie. There was little physical contact between them, but it mattered little.

Since then, they've attended a slew of public events, including Lady Gabriella Windsor's royal wedding to Thomas Kingston. Do we hear wedding bells ringing for Beatrice as well?

If so, the royal would become stepmother to Mozzi's only son, Wolfie, from a previous relationship. She would further benefit from Mozzi's entrepreneurial spirit — he is the CEO of his company, BANDA.

Mozzi also has a philanthropic attitude, having founded a charity that works through cricket to promote social change and tackle gender inequality. The successful Italian is affectionately called "Edo" by friends.

Last year October, Ferguson's younger daughter, Princess Eugenie, got married to Jack Brooksbank in grand fashion at St. George's Chapel.
