Nipsey Hussle's ten-year-old daughter Emani Asghedom has just graduated from elementary school, and she made sure to lift it all up to her dad, who is definitely smiling down on her for her latest achievement.

Emani is heading to junior high school, and she was lucky enough to be surrounded by her loved ones on her special day. While there is an obvious void to fill after losing her dad last March, Emani knows that he is always with her wherever he goes.

Asghedom was given the privilege of saying a short speech during graduation, and she made sure to thank her parents for everything.

I want to begin by sharing my thankfulness for my mom for believing in me, and my dad, for always being there for me."

Family Custody Battle

While her family was all-smiles to support her that day, they haven't exactly been in good terms as her uncle, Blacc Sam, and her aunt, Samantha Smith, have been trying to gain custody of Emani against her mother, Tanisha Foster.

Her aunt and uncle claim that Foster will not be able to give the little girl a proper environment growing up, as they feel she hasn't been able to provide for her 18-year-old daughter and 17-year-old son the way she's supposed to.

Nipsey's family need not worry so much, though, because the rapper left his kids with enough money for them to get by. He allegedly already set up trust funds for his kids before his death, making sure that their futures are secured.

His two children, Emani, whom he shares with Tanisha Foster, and Kross, whom he shares with longtime girlfriend Lauren London, need not worry about their futures because their dad left them with enough.

Secured Futures

Aside from the trust fund set up by Nipsey himself, celebrities like Reggie Bush started crowdfunding pages to try and raise money for his kids. He and his wife, Lilit Avagyan, started the campaign by donating $10,000, but their goal was a whopping $100,000.

However, all of these pages were soon after taken down, because according to the family, his children are financially secure thanks to the trust fund set up by their father in their names.

Aside from being a rapper, Nipsey was also a businessman. In fact, he was shot right outside one of his business ventures, the Marathon Clothing Store in Hyde Park, Los Angeles.

Nipsey continues to be remembered by his colleagues and fans, and it's quite clear he's left a mark in thousands of people's lives, especially his children's.
