Kendra Duggar Reveals Baby Bump While Posing with Husband Joseph and Their Son Garrett

"Counting On’s" star, Kendra Duggar, in a recent photo update on her Instagram, posted a picture of herself, her husband, their cute little son, and her growing baby bump!

The picture which was captioned “Happy Sunday” with a heart emoji, featured the couple in a pose with Kendra cradling her baby bump while Joseph, her husband held their son, Garrett.

In the photo, Kendra also showed off the pretty dress she wore, tagging @citrusandlemon brand, as the supplier of the clothing. Little Garret was also seen sporting a nice shirt and carton colored pants while Joseph was decked in a suit.

The caption held the instructions to a mini contest, urging people to participate to win goodies from the brand. Friends and followers of the couple made lovely comments about the photo, including Jill Dillard (née Duggar), Joseph’s sister, who complimented Kendra about how pretty the dress looked on her.

The couple who celebrated one year of being parents to little Garrett David just a month ago is eagerly expecting another baby later this year.

It appears that Garrett should be expecting a sister, as the baby’s gender was revealed at his first-year birthday party last month, using a “smash cake” filled with pink frosting. The couple first announced on Tuesday via Instagram, that they were expecting a baby in November. They wrote:

“We are so excited to announce the gender of baby number #2 ….It’s a GIRL??We are so thrilled to welcome our sweet baby girl this November!”

In a video announcement, the parents spoke about how the pregnancy came as a shock to them. Kendra especially, was so full of emotions, as she explained how she went from being shocked, to super excited and then unbelieving.

Even though Joseph and Kendra are from big families, they both seem to find parenting a breeze and believe that there is nothing like having your own children.

They also spoke about how parenting was even better than they had dreamed it would be, and how they were sure that their first son, Garett, would be a great big brother to his sister.

Interestingly, the gender of the baby has come as a surprise to the rest of the Duggar family because recently, there have been more male births than female in the family.

However, some other members of the Duggar family, like Anna and Josh Duggar, Lauren and Josiah Duggar are currently expecting baby girls; something that the family is really excited about.

Although Joseph and Kendra are yet to reveal the baby’s due date, they are very eager to have this addition to their little family later in the year. They shared excitedly:

“We are ready to double the fun at our house! Being parents has already proven to be a greater joy than we had hoped or imagined. We love getting to parent together and are loving every moment and milestone. We are very happy that our little family will welcome a new addition later this year. Children really are a blessing from God!”
