Joanna Gaines Shares Adorable Photos of 1-Year-Old Son Crew Covered in Birthday Cake

Joanna Gaines celebrated her son’s first birthday with a cute post which included a series of photos from his party. Baby Crew appeared in the last photo with cake all over his mouth.

“Fixer Upper” star’s Chip and Joanna Gaines recently celebrated their youngest child’s first birthday party on their family farm in Waco, Texas. The alum shared photos of the sailor-themed party on her Instagram account which featured baby Crew covered in cake.

“Ok, I promise this is the last round of Crew’s bday photos (for today), I just can’t get over the fact that he is ONE and I also just really love his squishy legs,” she captioned the post.

The proud mom also posted a photo of herself carrying a smiling Crew on Friday and expressed her belief at how time flies so fast with her baby already turning one. Gaines described her bundle of joy as a “joyful, funny, easy-going,” little lad who grew a year older past her eyes.

The mom-of-five also shared about the celebration on her blog entitled “Jo’s Summer Update” where she revealed that the best part of the daw was when Crew “dove face first into his cake.”

According to Closer Weekly, the 39-year-old felt her fifth pregnancy to be like her “first time” after spending seven years of no pregnancy. A source quoted Gaines and said:

“The best thing about all of this is the excitement my kids have shown for their new baby brother.”

Gaines has four other children: Drake, 14, Ella Rose, 12, Duke, 10, and Emmie Kay, 9, all of whom she shares with her TV personality husband, Chip. The couple got married in 2003 and celebrated their 16th year together in May.

After being on television for some time, the Gaines ended their HGTV’s “Fixer Upper” airing in 2017 as they welcomed baby Crew. However, their Magnolia business was set to be in the works with Discovery last year.

Their family’s business in Waco Texas remains at par with Discovery’s goals on lifestyle topics. They have a decor shop, furniture items, and a restaurant, among many others.
