THE COST OF THE DRESS
The Jason Wu sheer sleeves dress reportedly cost $4,924 which the Duchess paired with a black Gucci clutch and an equally black pair of shoes by Aquazurra. In contrast to the extravagantly priced ensemble, her makeover reflected nothing but simplicity, and a pair of black Nikos Koulis diamond earrings to complete the priceless look.
MEGHAN TOPS HER GAME
The Sunday event marked the first appearance of the Duchess in a red carpet glam since the birth of her 2-month-old son. It was no wonder all eyes were set on her as she went about her royal business of stunning and smiling for the cameras beside the Duke of Sussex. Her outfit was undoubtedly one of the best at the star-studded event.
FOR THE LOVE OF WILDLIFE
The royal mother of one displayed true support and leadership with her appearance at the event. Not many were expecting her presence because of her ongoing maternity leave. Notably, despite not being duty-bound to attend the wildlife awareness event, the Duchess made a point of showing up to show her loyalty to the cause.
The movie premiere was held in support of Prince Harry’s conservation work on behalf of communities affiliated with endangered wildlife in Africa.
The actress-turned-royalty was reunited with many of the stars involved in making the movie a success. The new mother was excited to meet Beyonce and Jay-Z at the movie premiere. The queen of hip hop also shared her excitement as they exchanged hugs and small talks.
Other celebrities of note that graced the event included Elton John and Pharrell Williams. It was indeed a memorable night for the “Suits” star, who has not been on movie sets since becoming a royal bride.
