Joseline Hernandez Reacts to Stevie J's Custody Wrongdoing Claims in Countersuit: Report

Joseline Hernandez denies her former lover and co-star Stevie J’s claims that she doesn't give him access to their daughter.

The dark saga of the custody struggle for little Bonnie Bella between reality star Joseline Hernandez and her former lover Stevie J continues.

Hernandez has accused Stevie J of being a neglectful father, and he has retaliated by saying she is a bad mother and suing for custody of their child-

A TUG-OF-WAR OVER A HELPLESS CHILD

Caught in the middle is 2-year-old Bonnie Bella. She is Hernandez's only child, but only one of the six children Stevie J has had with 4 different women.

Stevie J is now suing for custody of his daughter with Hernandez, claiming he can give her a more stable home with his new wife Faith Evans - and he is also asking for child support.

While Stevie J accuses Hernandez of being mentally unstable and denying him access to his daughter, she retaliates by claiming he does not seek contact with Bonnie Bella, and that his child support is actually paid for by his wife, Faith Evans.

JOSELINE CLAIMS SHE HAS KEPT THE TERMS OF THEIR AGREEMENT

The Latin bombshell, who has come under fire for referring to her current love interest DJ Ballistic as Bonnie Bella's "daddy" labeled his lawsuit a “frivolous action to try to take the child from the only home the child has known,” as stated in her countersuit.

Hernandez, whose income has taken a dive since leaving "Love & Hip Hop" also asks the court to increase Stevie J's child support claims.

Stevie J and his lawyers have yet to respond to her countersuit, but the matter is scheduled to come before the court in the near future.

Sadly, whichever side wins, the true loser will always be Bonnie Bella, caught in the middle of warring parents who should be united in their love and support of her - even if they no longer love and support each other.
