Donald Trump's Ex-Wife Marla Maples Shares Favorite Kundalini Yoga Posture in a Vacation Video from Mallorca

Marla Maples, Donald Trump's ex-wife, is very fond of yoga. She has garnered attention after she shared a new clip of herself doing the Kundalini Yoga pose.

The gorgeous actress took to Instagram to share a newly made video of herself. The clip runs for a short time and features Maples sitting on a rock and with a beautiful view of a stunningly blue lake behind her. For the outdoorsy capture, Maples wore a pink one-piece swimsuit made with chunky cutouts down its sides.

The "For Richer or Poorer" star was makeup-free and left her blonde wavy locks to flow freely past her shoulders. The only accessories visible in the picture was a bracelet and pink sunglasses to shield her eyes from the glare of the sun.

The clip doesn't run for too long, but that is enough to let on the calm undertones that would not be captured in a picture. The sounds of the lake, as well as other people around, adds to the beauty of the video. Maples is, however, the only focus of the video as she performed the Kundalini yoga pose flawlessly.

The video kicked off with Maples' arms raised high, and the fast movements of her taut belly show that she is taking quick breaths as she does so.

She then drops her hands and does the prayer pose as she sharply exhaled. Admittedly, it looks as smooth as peas, but only the people who give it a trial would know just how tasking it can be.

Maples flaunted her love for Kundalini as she penned down a lengthy message to accompany the short video. She wrote:

"Taking time to breath and balance after arriving at one of Mallorca's many beautiful beaches for a swim. This is one of my favourite Kundalini Kria's or postures which helps to clear energy and move it through the body."

The caption continued with the svelte beauty explaining the benefits of doing the yoga posture.

She only posted the clip a few hours ago, but it has already amassed nearly 10,000 views! Netizens also took to the comments section as they heeded Maples offer to answer their questions about Kundalini.
