Kenya Moore's ex-boyfriend Matt Jordan is in trouble with the law once again after he was arrested for assault and theft.

According to reports obtained by TMZ, Jordan got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend. The woman, Valerie Bell, claims he punched her in the face at a Denny's parking lot early in the morning.

Unfortunately for him, there are witnesses to the altercation, and he would be charged for it regardless of whether or not he denies the claim.

A Witness' Account

According to the witness, Matt would get super close to Bell, snatching her cigarettes when she'd try to smoke one.

When everything was done and Valerie called the cops, he was already gone. However, a couple of hours later, she found him circling back to her home which was when the police found him and arrested him.

A Previous Warrant

Upon arrest, it was discovered that there was also a warrant out for another incident that happened last April.

He was booked for trespassing and 3 separate charges which include aggravated assault, theft, and threatening/intimidating with damage to property. Jordan's bail was set at $3250, but he's still in custody and is set to face trial this week for his charges.

History Repeats Itself

Back in 2017, a restraining order was also filed against Matt this time by his ex-girlfriend Kenya Moore. At the time, he was allegedly harassing her by calling more than 30 times a day, even threatening her.

This led to Kenya's decision to move out of her "Moore Manor," which faced tax problems with the law for her failure to pay. Aside from these tax evasion issues, she planned to move out as it had too many memories of Matt in there, who helped her renovate and move in ultimately.
