Watch Gabrielle Union's 'Shady Baby' Kaavia Appear to Judge Mom's New NY & Co Collection
Gabrielle Union, 46 shares a cute video of 9-month-old Kaavia James, giving her some hints for her new clothing collection.
The actress posted the adorable clip showing the cute toddler going through mummy's clothing collection, on her Instagram page. Kaavia could be seen feeling the texture of the clothes while Union who held her to the bosom did some explaining about the dresses.
"Taking notes from Meryl and judging @nyandcompany collection as hard and she judges the #agt contestants ?First #agt result episode tonight," the AGT judge captioned the clip.
Lots of love were shown to the mother and child in the comment section by netizens. A fan wrote,
"She lights you up….you can't stop smiling. Kaavia has great taste; she's showing you which outfit to choose."
"You guys are so cute and I love the way you spend so much time with her. Your bond is so beautiful." wrote another fan.
Besides the video, she also shared a picture of herself holding Kaavia tightly in her arms. The AGT judge had a big grin on her face while her daughter as usual had on a savage look.
She captioned this image describing the savage baby's expression saying,
"@kaaviaJames is not impressed you made it to the #agt live shows. She does however love her mom's new @nyandcompany collection."
This is not the first time Kaavia has been in the news for being a fashionista. The 46-year-old mother of one once said that her daughter is more stylish than she is. Union told PEOPLE,
“Dwyane and I thought we knew how to serve a look until Kaavia James came through to show us how it’s done. Mama is just trying to keep up."
A while back, Gabrielle Union launched her New York & Company Baby Collection. She invited women who she finds inspiring to star in the campaign, including basketball player Candace Parker, actress Dania Ramirez, model Isis King and dancer Nia Sioux.
So excited about her new feat, the "Being Mary Jane" actress revealed that she is thrilled about the idea that she could style her daughter with clothes from her "Mommy and Me collection." Union also stated that she couldn't wait to show Kaavia "pieces from her own Kaavi James collection" which according to the actress were inspired by her daughter.
The bond shared between the mother-daughter duo is already so evident, and one can only imagine them acting like twins as soon as Kaavia is grown.
