'Counting On' Fans Feel Pained about Joy-Anna's Absence in a Photo of Pregnant Duggars

The Duggars are expanding in a big way, five of the women in the family are pregnant. Amy Duggar King came together with her sisters-in-law to share the exciting news.

Amy Duggar King is the niece of “19 Kids and Counting” patriarch, Jim Bob Duggar. She featured regularly on the show as the rebellious and outspoken cousin.

In 2014, she starred in own spin-off, a TLC special entitled, “A Duggar Leaves Home.” The show followed King as she attempted to establish her music career as a country singer. King has also made appearances on the “19 Kids and Counting,” spin-off entitled, “Counting On.”

King is married to Dillion King, the couple have been together since 2015. They have announced that they expecting their first child in November.

Sitting on a bed covered in feathers, wearing a white top and blue jeans, King revealed that she is expecting a boy.

Adding to the five pregnancy announcements in the Duggar family, King is the only one have a boy so far. The Duggar’s daughters-in-law; Abbie Duggar, Anna Duggar, Kendra Duggar, and Lauren Duggar are all expecting girls. Sharing a picture from her baby shower, King shared a picture with her sisters-in-law.

The five mothers-to-be stand side by side cradling their growing bellies. The sweet moment caught the attention of fans who pointed out the misfortune that Joy-Anna Duggar is not part of the pregnancy photo.

In July, Joy-Anna shared the tragic that she had suffered a miscarriage, she writes:

"We had gone in for our 20-week ultrasound and gender reveal. It was a baby girl. Although we don’t understand why, God has given us unexplainable peace and comfort during this very difficult time. Yes, it still hurts and we have cried countless tears, but we know that we can trust the Lord."

Holding onto her faith for another child, Joy-Anna is focusing on her family.

Also focusing on her family, King tells PEOPLE that her appearance on season 9 of “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars” has helped to strengthen their marriage. The arrival of their son is sure to be the icing on the cake for newly bonded couple.
