Jamie Foxx Spent Some Daddy-Daughter Time with His Two Girls in Rare Pic Following Katie Holmes Split

Jamie Foxx is choosing to focus on his family and career amid news of his split from Katie Holmes. He shared a photo with his daughters, spending, "Daddy-daughter" time.

There's nothing like the close bond of family, especially one's children to help get through a breakup; more so, if the split is in the public eye. Jamie Foxx is doing precisely that following the news of his breakup from Katie Holmes.

THERE'S NOTHING LIKE FATHER-DAUGHTER TIME

Foxx took to Instagram to share a rare and adorable photo of "Daddy-daughter" time with his girls, Corrine, 25, and Annaliese, 10. The little girl stood between her father and older sister, with the trio beaming.

The actor's followers loved the family photo so much, and they took to the comment section to show their appreciation. One person wrote,

"Beautiful pictures, beautiful daughters," while another wrote, "Beautiful girls."

A third wrote, "A great photo of you and your beautiful girls," and a fourth, "Very sweet, we don't get to see too much of that these days."

FOXX CELEBRATES THE END OF BEAT SHAZAM

Foxx also used the photo which got taken on the set of his Fox game show, "Beat Shazam," to celebrate the successful end of its third season. The "Django Unchained," star wrote,

"We had an incredible season; seen so many lives changed, heard amazing stories, and had a blast."

The show's executive producer also thanked their fans for tuning in and supporting them, and remembered, Alan, the contestant who passed away during the season.

"Beat Shazam" finished strong on its closing night, maintaining its ratings, which hopefully will get it a fourth season.

WHAT HAPPENED WITH HOLMES?

While the show is on break, fans are focusing on the current single status of its host. The news of Foxx and Holmes split came months after it got rumoured that they were no longer together.

It turned out there was substance to the rumors, as the former couple allegedly broke up since May. The actor and actress were together for six years and had a very private relationship. Much was not known about what went on between them, so it's not surprising that there's no information on why they broke up.

However, a source close to the two told ET that Foxx and Holmes were unwilling to commit, and have separate lives. The source added that the two are more interested in focusing on their careers and family.

The actor is already doing that with his daughters, and the actress is doing the same with her daughter, Suri.
