Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony.

Mark Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy met in 2013 on McCarthy’s VH1 talk show, "The Jenny McCarthy Show." Within a year they were married. Celebrating their 5-year anniversary Wahlberg writes:

"Thank you Rev Ray McElroy, aka @bellboy47, for renewing our vows for the fifth time, for your amazing words and for being a very "BIG" part of our marriage & relationship."

Giving more praise to his reverend and for his support Wahlberg adds:

"Your words and spirit mean the world to us both. Love to you and your lovely wife Michelle always! #family #blessed #RevRay"

Holding a single red rose and wearing a pink dress with a plunging neckline, McCarthy tries to hide a smile behind large sunglasses. Smiling back at his wife, the couple walk hand in hand for their wedding anniversary celebrations.

“Blue Bloods,” star Donnie Wahlberg has been lucky when he comes to love. Unlike his character, Danny Reagan, who at the end of season eight lost his wife, Linda Reagan in a helicopter accident and is still reeling over the loss.

Off camera, Wahlberg is living his real-life love story with wife, McCarthy. In interviews with E Online, the couple admit that they didn’t expect to find love again.

McCarthy and Wahlberg had both saw their marriages end in divorce and were trying to figure out dating as single parents.

Wahlberg has two sons, Xavier Alexander Wahlberg and Elijah Hendrix Wahlberg, he shares with his ex-wife, Kimberley Fey. McCarthy has a son Evan Joseph Asher from her marriage to John Asher. Speaking to Fox News about dating as a single parent, McCarthy explains:

"I thought for sure I would be going at it alone, like many parents who have kids with autism do. So the fact that I found the love of my life for me, and Evan found a stepdad in his life, I feel like I can’t ask for anything else."

Since meeting, McCarthy and Wahlberg have managed to create the perfect blended family and with three kids, they still make the time to keep their romance alive.

According to Pop Culture, the couple have made it a tradition to renew their vows every year. With half a decade of vow renewals under their belt, they are going to have a pretty large wedding album.
