RHOA Alum Apollo Nida Celebrates Fiancée Sherien Almufti's Birthday after 2nd Release from Prison

Sherien Almufti is treated to a special birthday party by his fiance, Apollo Nida a couple of months after his second release from prison. She shared photos from the intimate affair.

Since his release from prison, Apollo Nida must be enjoying a semblance of normalcy, being able to do things he didn’t get to do while stuck behind bars. For instance, he now gets to throw his fiancé, Sherien Almufti a birthday party, the best one she’s ever had according to the birthday girl.

Photos from the fete were shared by Sherien on her Instagram. Among them was a picture of her birthday cake that read, “Happy Birthday Twinkles.” She was also snapped giving Apollo a sweet sweet kiss and revealed gifts she opened in front of her guests.

The blond bombshell blew out her candles dressed in a white low-cut haltered top and a red, tight-fitting leather skirt. Apollo was equally dashing in a white pair of pants and a dark collared shirt.

“A look into my bday party @apollonida03 I can not thank you enough for throwing the best birthday celebrations I’ve ever had,” Sherien wrote to caption her slide show. “I love you baby. To all of my friends & family you guys mean the world to me. This day would have been nothing without you guys….”

The couple who were engaged in 2016 while Apollo was still in prison are expected to tie the knot soon. Last year, Sherien even appeared on “Say Yes to the Dress” picking out her bridal gown. Though they haven’t announced the date of their wedding, their solid relationship is proof that it may not be long.

Apollo was previously married to Phaedra Parks, the mother of his two sons. After he was first released on parole, the boys were excited to finally get to see their father. However, nine days since being transferred to a halfway house, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star was tossed back in prison.

Sherien came to her fiance’s defense after he was accused of violating his parole and returned to prison. “They can’t stop us babe!!! For those who are confused @apollonida03 didn’t violate a goddamn thing. Another crime against a black man in the system,” she reasoned in an Instagram post.

Meanwhile, Phaedra expressed her frustration at the disappointment their sons faced when Apollo went back to prison. They had prepared Father’s Day presents for him but the reality star was back behind bars shortly before the occasion.

Luckily, he was released for the second time the following month and, seeing how he’s been throwing his fiancé a party, it looks like this time he’ll be out of prison for good.
