Mo'Nique has been a huge source of inspiration with her fitness journey, and she continues to do so, flaunting her slimmer body in a skintight tank top and leggings.
The comedian, who has lost over 100 lbs., has a new photo and some words to motivate fans across the world.
In the recent Instagram snap, Mo'Nique posed in front of a mirror, seemingly checking out curves displayed in a pair of navy blue leggings and a matching tank top.
Only last month, Mo’Nique got emotional while sharing another milestone
The 51-year-old "Precious" actress also rocked a pair of white sneakers and held on to a white towel while letting her braids hang in a loose knot.
It’s not unlikely that Mo’Nique took the picture after another workout session, and her caption supports the assumption:
"51yrs old. Trying to get to the BEST HEALTH IN MY LIFE!! YALL WE CAN DO THIS!!! LETS GO!!! LOVE US 2 LIFE."
Since 2018, when Mo’Nique revealed that she weighed less than 200 lbs. for the first time since she was 17, there’s been no going back. Her Instagram page is now filled with workout videos as she continues to encourage fans to do the same.
In July, Mo’Nique addressed folks in the habit of postponing their fitness journey and warned of the possible consequences.
The "Parkers" star tackled the issue in an Instagram video shot after she finished a workout session:
"When I got up this morning, and I read some of y’all’s post and y’all say ‘Mo, that looks amazing girl and I’m gonna start tomorrow and I’m gonna start next week and I’m gonna start when I get over this or over that, then you may never get to your start date."
"Your start date may be ten years from now, and now your health is in poor shape, and now you become a burden on your family," she continued. "I’m saying to y’all: "Get out and move!'"
Only last month, Mo’Nique got emotional while sharing another milestone with her 700,000+ Instagram followers.
Alongside a video filmed at a local racetrack, the Oscar-winning actress revealed that for the first time, she was able to run around the track without stopping.
While holding back tears, she continued:
"I'm telling y'all, if you don't quit on you, you'll get what you’re asking for. Just don’t quit on you. It doesn’t come overnight. It doesn’t come through no magic potion or a special wand or processed boxed meals [or] weight loss program. It comes from right here [pointing to her heart and head]."
Keep inspiring, Miss Mo!
