Mariska Hargitay Looks Chic in Classy Suit Holding a Necklace in Honor of ‘Law & Order: SVU’
As fans prepare for the next season of "Law & Order: SVU," star of the show Mariska Hargitay appears to be just as excited. She recently showed off her excitement for the new season on Instagram.
In August this year, "Law & Order: SVU" made history when it was renewed for its 21st season. The show became the longest-running live-action prime-time series in history.
Fans are gearing up for the new season which will be aired soon. It seems one of the show's actresses is just as excited as fans.
Mariska attended the "Law & Order: SVU" milestone celebration at the Paley Center for Media earlier this week. She took to social media to post snippets of the event.
The gorgeous actress donned a printed grey two-piece suit with a classic white shirt under the jacket. Her hair was styled into loose waves and left to fall over her shoulders.
She kept her makeup simple and completed the outfit with two statement pieces. First was her strappy yet eye-catching black sandals and second was the piece fans could not stop noticing.
In the two pictures the actress posted, fans spotted her holding onto a necklace that appears to be a custom made. Her necklace was a stunning tribute to the show for making history.
The pendant was a studded 21 to honor the shows return to television for its history-making season. In her caption, Mariska excitedly counted down to the premiere of the first episode of the season.
Fans could not get enough of the stunning piece of jewelry and Mariska's overall outfit. They flooded the posts with praise.
Both posts earned more than fifty-nine thousand likes. Many fans were also super excited for the beginning of the new season while others wanted to know where they could buy the same necklace as Mariska.
It's not the first time she has shown her support for the show either. When the show first made history, the SVU star, who has been on the show since season one, took to social media to celebrate writing:
“I’m profoundly proud of how far we’ve come. Prouder of how far we will go.”
