L&HH Star K Michelle Surprises Son Chase with Brand New Benz for His 15th Birthday

K. Michelle went all out for her only child, Chase Bowman, gifting him a brand new Benz for his 15th birthday. The surprise on the teenager's face was all shades of heartwarming.

The "Can’t Raise a Man" singer took to Instagram this past weekend with a series of videos capturing the moment Chase got his surprise.

The birthday boy, wearing a graphic black t-shirt and pants and sporting dreadlocks, was led towards the car by K. Michelle and a few other people.

"I don’t wanna raise another one! I’m struggling! ...I don’t want nobody to look at me and say, 'Who raised that boy?'"

"Stop playing with me," Chase can be heard saying as he walked around the blue vehicle marked with a huge red bow. He later took out his phone to get some footage of his new gift.

"Yesterday I celebrated the birth of my son," K. Michelle began in the caption. "The reason why I fight so hard every day."

The reality star continued:

"You have truly made me a better person. I hope you know that I love you to the moon and back. There is nothing in this world I wouldn’t do for you just to see you smile and know that you’re happy. I hope you and your friends live it up in your new benz truck. SAFELY. But first you gotta learn how to drive sir. I love my Chase. Happy Birthday baby."

Despite the fame from her music career and from being on VH1’s "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood," K. Michelle has been careful to keep her son out of the spotlight.

The Tennessee native has, however, been very open about her desire to have more kids. After raising a son for more than a decade, she’s also very clear about wanting only girls from now on.

In a recent radio interview, K. Michelle opened up about the struggles of raising a boy and declared: "I don’t wanna raise another one! I’m struggling!"

"It really is hard because I see a lot of women fail their sons – ’cause I dated them!" she continued. "So I don’t want nobody to look at me and say, 'Who raised that boy?'"

Back in 2018, K. Michelle hinted at her desire to raise daughters with a cute video of twin girls laughing on a swing. Even though fans mocked her for wanting more kids when she allegedly wasn’t taking care of the one she had, the singer remained resolute.
