Rinna, dressed in a black tracksuit with animal print design by the side, moved to Bieber's 2010 song, "Baby." She started with moving her hands and appeared to have a mirror in front, as well as behind her.
In the accompanying caption, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," star wrote:
"In honor of the wedding of @justinbieber and @haileybieber. Hope you all have forever happiness like I have with my Harry Hamlin."
"You are amazing, haha! Love this."

While the caption appears to wish the singer and his bride nothing but goodwill; an online news outlet, Bravo TV, says the reality star might still be shading Bieber for coming at her after she posted on Instagram a video of her dancing to one of Kanye West's songs, in Kim Kardashian's nude bodysuit.
Rinna has been posting videos of herself dancing nonstop since the Summer. In July, the 56-year-old reality star shared a video of herself wearing a tiny two-piece swimsuit, and a cowboy hat while moving to Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy."
The TV personality got a lot of negative comments for it, but it only served to make her post the video again, and she made sure to let her trolls know it was an "Encore." Still undeterred, she shared another video of herself dancing in a black outfit in a doorway.
Rinna might be dancing on Instagram, but Bieber and Baldwin danced on Monday in front of 150 guests consisting of family, and friends.
The ceremony took place at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina, and it marked the second time the couple exchanged vows in one year.
The singer and his model wife had a civil ceremony last September at a New York courthouse. A source close to the two told "People" that Bieber and Baldwin wanted to make their promise of forever before God and their loved ones, and decided to make it a destination wedding.
Grammy winner, Daniel Caesar, performed at the reception, and the two-time wedded couple danced, surrounded by those they love.
