Rapper, JT, who is one half of the rap duo, “City Girls,” is out of prison and is marking her release from incarceration by dropping a new jam.
Jatavia “JT” Johnson of “City Girls” fame is now walking freely on the streets following her release from jail. JT had been incarcerated after she was found guilty of fraudulent credit card activities, which led her to be sentenced to a two-year jail term in June 2018.
To mark her release, JT and her “City Girls” partner, Yung Miami, would be dropping a new single, and their fans are super excited.
The rapper took to Instagram to post about her newfound freedom, stating that she is right on time for the season change. The post featured a picture of JT sitting on a long cream-colored sofa, one leg resting on the couch, and the other leg on the floor.
She wore a white T-shirt, blue patterned pants, and white sneakers. On her neck was a cluster of neck chains, while she had a black Louis Vuitton bag resting close to her body.
She also wore a silver wristwatch and painted her nails white. JT’s hair, which was braided long, was styled by “Hair by Fran.” The rapper looked gorgeous as she posed for the camera.
In her caption to the post, she wrote:
“[Expletive] IM RIGHT ON TIME FOR THE SEASON CHANGE ? #firstdayout #jtfree.”
Many of her excited fans and celebrity friends took to the comment section to welcome JT back.
The management company of the “City Girls,” Quality Control Music, announced JT’s release from prison with the drop of a new single by the rap group. In a post on Instagram, the management company wrote;
“Welcome back @thegirljt 10pm tonight @citygirls @qualitycontrolmusic.”
JT’s partner, Yung Miami, also posted on her Instagram page and warned that there would be trouble for any competition now that JT was back. She wrote;
