Although the rap legend was at the premiere as one of the film’s cast members, he also seemed to have a lot of fun hanging out with family, judging by his social media posts.

Snoop, 47, posed for photos with some of his grandchildren outside the venue and in the theater. The rapper also shared a snapshot of the entire Broadus clan posing on the purple carpet.

"Mi Familia," a proud Snoop captioned the pic. "Addams. Family premiere."

The 2019 "Addams Family" remake, according to Daily Mail, is the latest high-profile project adapted from the beloved Charles Addams cartoon series about a horror family of the same name.

Snoop did not directly address Kai’s death, but he posted a video message of texts

Snoop (real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr.) voices "It" in the movie, working alongside co-stars Charlize Theron, Oscar Isaac, Bette Midler, Jennifer Lewis, and Chloe Grace Moretz.

FAMILY TRAGEDY

"I was a fan of the Addams Family as a kid," Snoop told reporters, per BCK Online. "When they reached out to me and asked me to be a part of it, I was like, 'I can’t say no because I loved the show so much as a kid.'"

It’s good to see Snoop and his family having fun again after they recently lost the rapper’s grandson, Kai Love.

Kai, born to Snoop’s first child Corde and his partner Soraya, lived for only ten days, reportedly spending most of that short time in a neonatal intensive care unit.

Corde, 25, confirmed the tragedy in a since-deleted Instagram post quoted by ESSENCE:

"My Son Kai brought so much love and positivity into this world. His energy will live on and these 10 days of love will always be special to us. Let’s all cherish life and those we love while we are here. Thank you."

Snoop did not directly address Kai’s death, but he posted a video message of texts after the sad news broke.

"If you're facing something you don't understand: Choose to trust God," the message read. “Remember all He has done for you. His ways are higher than ours. He is always good."
