Meet Keanu Reeves' Rumored Girlfriend, Contemporary Artist Alexandra Grant

Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant are the latest lovebirds in Hollywood, and with the public's knowledge of their relationship, came the desire to know more about the woman who captured the heart of the "John Wick" actor.

If there's one name making the news and tabloid covers, it's Alexandra Grant, 46, the rumored girlfriend, and the woman who currently holds the key to the heart of Keanu Reeves, 55.

IT'S NEITHER DENIED NOR CONFIRMED

While the actor has not confirmed or denied the existence of a relationship, the fact that the two are romantically involved was glaring as they walked, holding hands at the red carpet for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) + Film Gala.

Reeves wore a dark suit that is best described as a "John Wick" inspired outfit, while Grant, who proudly wears her gray hair, stunned in midnight blue gown, with a deep V-neck, and silver flats.

Although their appearance at the Los Angeles event caught a lot of attention, it's not the first time the two are stepping out in public.

In June, the couple attended the St. Lauren Men's Spring-Summer 2020 runway show holding hands. They met back in 2009 at an event in New York and connected through their mutual love of the arts.

In 2011, Reeves and Grant worked together on his adult picture book, "Ode to Happiness," which is a meditation and a gentle tease about how people cope with life's sorrows.

The former provided the words while the latter created the illustrations. As their friendship blossomed, the actor and the artist collaborated on "Shadows," which had images taken by the Ohio native while the Beirut-born actor had poetry written by him.

With the success of their books, the couple whose relationship only turned romantic recently teamed up to form the publishing company, X Artists' Books, in 2017.

The company aims to publish thoughtful, high quality, artists' centered books that fit within and between genres.

Alone, Grant created grantLOVE, an organization that produces and sells artwork for the benefit of nonprofit art organizations and artists' projects.

The Los Angeles resident's passion for the arts came from a personal quest to understand how languages and images influence how people think and exchange ideas.

Search for success took the woman who grew up in Mexico, Spain, and France to the prestigious Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania.

After obtaining a BA in History and Studio Art in '94, she enrolled at the California College of Arts and Crafts, where she got an MFA in Drawing and Painting.

Today, Grant has shown her work in prominent galleries like the LACMA, the Galerie Gravida in Paris, The Harris Lieberman Gallery in New York, and based on an Instagram post, she is currently showing at the backroom of Lowell Ryan Projects.

The artist's success mirrors that of Reeves, who rose to prominence after starring in the three installments of the "Matrix" as "Neo."

The "The Day Earth Stood Still" star's last public romance was with Jennifer Syme. The two met in '98; by '99, they were expecting a baby.

At eight months, the baby, a girl, whose name would have been Ava, came out as a stillborn, and the loss of the child brought an end to the relationship. The ex-couple stayed friends until Syme's death in 2001 from a car crash.

Before and after his relationship with the deceased actress, Reeves got linked with Hollywood stars like Jill Schoelen, Sofia Coppola, Claire Forlani, and he once admitted to having a crush on Sandra Bullock.
