Miranda Lambert and Husband Brendan McLoughlin Stun on Red Carpet as They Make CMA Awards Debut

Miranda Lambert, 36, and her husband Brendan McLoughlin, 27, were one of the couples who were seen on the red carpet at the 2019 Country Music Association (CMA) Awards on Wednesday night.

The country singer and her husband posed together at the Nashville event which was their first debut as a married couple. For the occasion, the “Vice” singer wore a stunning pink floral short-sleeved gown that showed off one of her toned legs.

She styled her long blonde hair down and added highlights. Her policeman husband wore a black velvet tuxedo with a white shirt and black bowtie.

He styled his black hair with gel and looked quite dapper for the night. The pair looked very much in love as they smiled for the cameras as they embraced.

Lambert also took a moment to pose alone for the media. The couple was also spotted sitting together in the audience at the awards ceremony.

McLoughlin had the pleasure to watch his wife perform early on when she took the stage. She thrilled the crowd with a performance of her hit single "It All Comes Out in the Wash."

Singer was also nominated at the CMAs

The “White Trash” singer attended the CMA Awards also as a nominee for Female Vocalist of the Year. She was in the category against Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris, Kacey Musgraves, and Carrie Underwood.

How the couple met before marrying

Lambert met the New York Police Department (NYPD) officer during a performance on “Good Morning America” in 2018. Then in February the following year, she shocked everyone by announcing that they had gotten married the previous month.

Their secret wedding in Nashville came as a surprise since the pair had only known each other for a few months.

Lambert performs single at CMA Awards

For her performance at the awards, Lambert changed into a glittery top that looked like it was embellished with broken pieces of a disco ball. Her onstage set included a faux car wash.

Her song from her “Wildcard” album has peaked at No. 12 on the Hot Country Songs list. The musician’s latest album is her seventh one.

It debuted at No. 4 on this week's Billboard 200 albums chart. So far, Lambert has won 13 CMA Awards for her whole musical career.

The 53rd annual CMA Awards were held at the Bridgestone Arena.
