Omar Gooding from 'Hangin' with Mr Cooper' and Wife Mia Vogel Welcome Their Second Child and It's a Boy

Omar Gooding and his wife Mia Vogel are proud parents of another baby boy. The proud dad has been all over social media with the news, sharing photos from the delivery room, and introducing fans to the little guy.

Omar has never hidden the fact that he loves being a dad, so now that he has two little boys to shower with love, it’s not surprising the "Wild & Crazy Kids" alum is beyond excited.

Omar, 43, took to Instagram yesterday with several photos of himself and the newborn in the delivery room. One snapshot showed the actor cuddling his new son while another was of him appearing to cut the umbilical cord.

The exes remain friendly to this day and co-star as husband and wife in the Bounce sitcom "Family Time."

"Proud Papa Gang. Thank You, JESUS," he gushed.

The "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" star also shared a picture of his infant son crying and revealed more details in the caption:

"My Boy came out SANGIN!! You hea’ ME?! Meet MILES CHRISTIAN GOODING. 8lbs 3 oz and 23 inches long."

Omar announced two months ago that he and Mia were expecting another child. The actor, whose older brother is Cuba Gooding Jr., made the announcement alongside a sweet pic of him kissing his wife’s bump.

Omar and Mia are also parents to son Omar Jr., who turns three in January. In an interview from earlier this year, the "Baby Boy" star explained that his son was one of the inspirations behind his rap album "The Excuse."

"When I wrote, 'Better Me,' I wrote it with my son in mind specifically," Omar said, referring to one of the tracks on the album. He continued:

"When I get to the end, I realize it’s not only for my son, but it’s a dedication to my father because I realized most of the things that I was saying, was things he used to say to me. It was always an envision of his and mine to always make a better version of yourself through your children."

Omar's father was Cuba Gooding Sr., the former lead singer for the 70s band The Main Ingredient. Cuba Sr. passed away in April 2017, three months after Omar's first son was born.

According to Hollywood Mask, Omar was pretty quiet about the news of his marriage and only revealed that Mia was his spouse in an Instagram post.

Before tying the knot, Omar was in a relationship with his "Baby Boy" co-star Angell Conwell for about three to four years. The exes remain friendly to this day and co-star as husband and wife in the Bounce sitcom "Family Time."

Mia also doesn't seem to mind her husband working alongside his ex, as pictures of the couple on social media show them to be a tight unit. Congratulations on the new baby, Omar and Mia!
