Bob Hoskins' Daughter Rosa Shared Throwback Photo with Her Late Dad on His Birthday
Remember the late Bob Hoskins who played Captain Hook’s loyal, silly, and coward sidekick Mr. Smee in "Hook?" His daughter recently shared a sweet throwback picture of her father recently.
Bob Hoskins made a name for himself in Hollywood through his appearance in “Hook.” Following his appearance, he went on to land roles in both film and TV movies, and guest-starred in the occasional series.
Amongst his memorable roles, he played Richard Nixon, J. Edgar Hoover, and Nikita Khrushchev. One of his last roles was in 2011 when he reprised the role of Smee for two episodes of the mini-series “Neverland.”

The actor passed away on April 29, 2014, at a London hospital from pneumonia. His daughter, Rosa, recently took to social media site Instagram to remember the late actor on his birthday. She wrote:
"Happy birthday Dad. I miss you more than ever but I’m so glad you were mine."
The sweet tribute showed the stunning Rosa walking with her father. She wore a stunning red dress and a black jacket.
Her father wore a dark suit with a blue shirt and maroon tie. In the picture, he has his arm around her waist and she has hers around his shoulder.

Many fans took to the comment section to reminisce about the actor. One fan also took to the comments section to write:
"We’re so glad we got his work! What a legend!"

It's not the first time Rosa has reminisced about her father. In 2014, she revealed eleven life lessons her father taught her when he was alive.
The writer and actress went on to share the "advice that he tailor-made just for me."
She also referred to him as her "darling" father and went on to say that she loved the 71-year-old actor "to the ends of the earth and he loved me back just the same."

The writer and actress went on to share the "advice that he tailor-made just for me," which included "laugh," "be yourself," "be flamboyant" and "don't worry about other people's opinions." He also advised her to "get angry," "whatever you do, always give it a good go" and "be generous and kind because you can't take it with you" amongst many other pieces of advice.
