A TRIBUTE TO HIS FLOWER GIRL
True to his doting dad image, “The Rock” melted hearts with his birthday tribute to his daughter he shares with his wife, Lauren Hashian.
Shortly after Jazzy’s birth in 2015, the A-list star shared a touching image of him holding his baby daughter. In his caption he wished to be a better man for her.
To celebrate the milestone, he posted an adorable photo of the two of them taken during the actor’s recent wedding to Hashian. Jazzy, as she’s fondly called in the family, was one of the flower girls during the momentous occasion along with her younger sister, Tiana.
Dwayne previously revealed that Jazzy took her role to heart and surprised him when she aggressively threw the flowers with a wicked smile. He could only laugh and claim she was truly his daughter.
But on her birthday, the father-of-three turned serious in making a promise to her. He lovingly wrote,
"Can't promise I'll be here for the rest of your life, but you have my word I'll love and take care of you for the rest of mine.”
Dwayne continued by greeting his little girl a happy birthday and adding, “thank God you got your mama's good looks."
A FATHER'S WISH
Shortly after Jazzy’s birth in 2015, the A-list star shared a touching image of him holding his baby daughter. In his caption he wished to be a better man for her.
And in the four years we’ve witnessed him raising his daughter, we can affirm that he turned out not just a better man but a great father. Likewise, he proved to be a devoted partner to Lauren.
A SOLID UNION
The couple were together for over a decade before saying their “I do’s” in August, but Dwayne confessed he knew 30 seconds upon meeting his wife that she was special. He was also proud of the strength of their relationship that didn’t put pressure on him to wed at a time when he was still hesitant to do so.
Dwayne was previously married to Dany Garcia and was, in fact, still married to her when he met Lauren. However, they only began seeing each other after his divorce from Dany was finalized in 2008.
Dwayne and Dany share 18-year-old daughter, Simone who has a close relationship with him. Likewise, Dwayne and Dany remain good friends. In fact, she has been his manager since 2008.
Judging from Dwayne's positive relationships with all the women in his life, it's easy to conclude he's one special man.
