Tia Mowry Says Her Kids 'Give Me Joy' as She Posts Sweet Famiily Photo

Tia Mowry reflects on the joy her kids bring to her sharing a photo of them lounging around. She also admits motherhood is tough but "amazing."

Tia Mowry is first and foremost a family woman after welcoming two children into her fold. As a mother to eight-year-old Cree and two-year-old Cairo, she dotes on them and spends quality time with them as much as she can.

TIA LAMENTS MOTHERHOOD

Tia’s social media is flooded with images of her family life and how she juggles work, motherhood, and self-care. A few days ago, Tia chose to highlight how much her children mean to her in a pre-Christmas post.

She shared a candid photo of the three of them on the floor and expressed how much of a joy her kids bring to her. “Being a mother is one of the hardest roles in life,” she laments. “Yet so amazing. They truly give me joy.”

Tia confessed that there are days she longs for another child and days that she doesn’t. She’s more surprised during the days she still reflects on having one.

Tia then goes on to describe what was going on in the picture. Cree, who had some experience in child modeling was channeling that while Cairo she says, “y’all already know.”

Cree was clearly there for the photo looking serious as he stared at the camera like a seasoned model. Little Cairo, on the other hand, as Tia explains is just being Cairo.

ON EXPANDING HER FAMILY

The actress once shared that she found a way to make Cairo smile for pictures. She just asks her to show her teeth and she shows them. This time, though, that trick didn’t seem to work seeing that Cairo looked seriously towards the camera, probably curious about it.

The actress who admits co-sleeping with her children was once asked by Us Weekly if she would have a third child. Seriously thinking about the repercussions, she replied, “I think I need therapy to figure out if I want to have another one or not.”

Tia confessed that there are days she longs for another child and days that she doesn’t. She’s more surprised during the days she still reflects on having one. Considering the difficulties of pregnancy and her post-partum struggles, the 41-year-old thinks it’s even crazy of her to ponder the thought.

AT HER BEST WHEN SHE'S A MOTHER

Nevertheless, judging from what we’ve witnessed of her mothering skills, we have no doubt Tia could still accommodate a bigger family. She amazes us with her commitment to breastfeed her kids and manage her weight while doing so. This while going through post-partum depression as she once confessed.

Tia smiles brightest when she’s with her family so we’d be happy for her if she had another child. But if she chooses not to, we’d still be happy for her because then she can also enjoy her two kids and devote more time for each of them.
