A GLIMPSE OF THEIR LOVE STORY

The actress and cinematographer first met on the set of the 2000 film “The Mexican,” where Roberts played the lead role, and Moder was a cameraman.

She was then in a relationship with Benjamin Bratt, whereas her now-husband was married to Vera Steimberg, his first wife.

Being on set at the wee hours of the morning until late at night allowed the two to see each other for who they really are and form inevitable friendships.

In 1990, Roberts was again engaged to another actor, Kiefer Sutherland. However, their relationship went down the drain after a third party’s involvement.

In 2000, Roberts and Moder tied the knot in a ranch in Taos, New Mexico, with their closest friends and family.
