Mel Gibson Is a Doting Father to 9 Kids — Meet Them All

Mel Gibson is a successful actor and a proud father to nine kids with his first wife Robyn Denise Moore, previous partner Oksana Grigorieva, and current girlfriend Rosalind Ross.

Mel Gibson was an iconic actor in the ‘80s and early ‘90s until his decade-long hiatus in Hollywood, following an assault incident with a police officer.

However, his acting career is only a part of what he treasures in life but what takes up most of his heart is his family, including his nine children.

The legendary actor had seven kids with his wife Robyn Denise Moore, one daughter with Oksana Grigorieva, and a little boy with his girlfriend, Rosalind Ross.

HANNAH GIBSON

Gibson’s first child was Hannah Gibson, who worked as a makeup artist on the set of “What Women Want,” where her father starred in. She also appeared in some films, including “The Patriot” and “Toisen Kanssa.”

Hannah later married musician Kenny Wayne Shepherd and had three kids together -- two sons and a daughter.

CHRISTIAN AND EDWARD GIBSON

Christian and Edward are the Gibson twins and the second eldest brothers. Christian works as a Hollywood camera operator and has worked with his father in “Hacksaw Ridge” and “Daddy’s Home 2.”

Edward, on the other hand, veered away from the entertainment industry and founded his own furniture company, Natural Edge.

WILLIAM GIBSON

Like his brother Edward, William preferred to live a quiet and private lifestyle -- so private that barely any photos of him can be found on the internet.

He has since started a company, Selective Collective, with his friend Joe Dietsch and married actress Annet Mahendru.

LOUIS GIBSON

Another Gibson in the entertainment industry is Louis, born in 1988. He wrote and directed the film “Happy Hunting,” and works mostly behind the scenes.

Among the actor’s kids, Milo has followed in his footsteps most, although still starting his career. His projects include “The Outpost” alongside Scott Eastwood and Orlando Bloom, “All The Devil’s Men,” “Gangster Land,” and “Breaking & Exiting.”

THOMAS GIBSON

Thomas Gibson is the actor’s youngest kid with his ex-wife Robyn. In 2017, Thomas graduated from college.

LUCIA AND LARS GIBSON

Lucia is Gibson’s only child with Oksana and is seldom seen out in public. Lars, on the other hand, is Gibson’s youngest child with his current girlfriend, who was born in 2017. A source said of the couple:

“They’re thrilled and Lars is adorable. Their family is all around them and Mel is over the moon. They’re home and everybody is healthy and happy!”

Gibson’s current girlfriend is 35 years younger than he, although the couple finds no problem in their age gap.

Ross was previously an accomplished equestrian before becoming a screenwriter in Gibson’s company where they eventually met.
