Shaunie O'Neal rang in the new year with the most important people in her life, her children with Shaquille O'Neal.

The "Basketball Wives" founder and her kids wore color-coordinated outfits for their photoshoot at home, in black ensembles that they styled to their own liking. The entire family looked gorgeous in the photo, and Shaunie couldn't help but share one of the outtakes with their fans in time for the new year.

A GREETING FOR HER FOLLOWERS

Hoping to inspire her followers with some short but sweet words, Shaunie began by greeting them a happy new year.

"HAPPY NEW YEAR from my family to yours! I hope you all have an amazing 2020. In 2019, I learned even more than any other year that my God is an awesome God!"

It was quite a roller coaster of a year for Shaunie, as she tended to her son Shareef as he recovered from heart surgery while balancing taking care of her other children and filming for "Basketball Wives" where drama ensued between cast members.

THE THINGS SHE'S LEARNED IN 2019

Through it all, Shaunie revealed the many things she learned in 2019, and how it will help her in the years to come.

"I also learned patience, and you can never dream too big, move in silence, speak it into existence, it's okay to outgrow things and people, and listening more than speaking. Lastly, I learned to make life decisions for my future, and not just the present."

Sharing family portraits isn't new to Shaunie, as she does so almost every season. Her children are her pride and joy, and she shows them off every chance she gets.

LOVE FOR FAMILY

The same way Shaunie values her children, it goes the same way for her kids as well.

Her son Shareef, who now plays the forward position for the UCLA basketball team, declared his love for the family recently through his tattoo that says "family first."

"I don't have family first tatted on me for no reason... gotta put them first."
