Rob Kardashian Reportedly Seeking Primary Custody of Daughter Dream & Claims Blac Chyna Is a Danger to Their Child
Rob Kardashian is seeking primary custody of his daughter Dream and has filed new court documents claiming his baby mama Blac Chyna is a danger to their child, TMZ reported. Rob's sister, Khloe Kardashian, also reportedly leveled some allegations against Chyna.
It appears Rob and Chyna are back to feuding over their three-year-old daughter, Dream. According to TMZ, the only Kardashian brother is claiming that his ex's lifestyle is not conducive to raise a child, and he's taking action.

The outlet reported that Rob had filed documents requesting that Chyna's parenting time with Dream be reduced to only weekends. He claims the former stripper is "out of control" and negatively influencing their daughter.
"Khloe Kardashian -- who had a DUI on her record -- wants to take her niece, Dream, away from her loving mother, Chyna?"
According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Rob accused Chyna of throwing endless parties not fit for kids at her home when Dream is present. He also claimed she's always drunk, and according to a former employee, spends $600 on alcohol almost every day.
The documents reportedly claim that Chyna's former staff says she can consume an entire bottle of Hennessy in one sitting. Rob also made accusations of Chyna snorting cocaine and getting physical with people in her own home.
The "Rob & Chyna" alum is accused of throwing objects such as knives and lit candles, at people. In one alleged incident, Chyna, 31, is said to have hurled sharp objects at her hairdresser.
Besides accusations of raucous behavior, Rob also claims Chyna has been negatively influencing Dream and neglecting the toddler's personal hygiene. His documents allege that their daughter’s attitude has been taking a turn for the worse recently.
According to TMZ, Rob alleges in the documents that Dream has started "naked twerking, and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her." He also claimed his daughter returns from visiting her mother with unkempt hair, dirty teeth, and dirty nails.
Rob's sister, Khloe, also reportedly makes claims in the documents, saying there's been a drastic change in Dream's behavior during playdates with her cousins. According to the KUWTK star, her niece is "decidedly more aggressive" when she first gets back from being with Chyna.
Now, besides wanting Chyna's time with Dream to be limited to weekends, Rob also wants his ex to be monitored by a nanny with legal authority to end the visit if there's any violence in Dream's presence. He also asks that Chyna be subjected to a drug and alcohol test at least half an hour before each visit with Dream.
Chyna is yet to comment on the latest development, but her attorney, Lynne M. Ciani, told ET Online in a statement:
"Rob Kardashian -- who physically abused his significant other (Adrienne Bailon) on camera and posted illegal revenge porn against Chyna -- wants to take custody of Chyna’s beautiful daughter, Dream, away from her hands-on, extremely loving mother? And Khloe Kardashian -- who had a DUI on her record -- wants to take her niece, Dream, away from her loving mother, Chyna? Absolutely absurd!"
"Chyna will vigorously contest this latest, despicable filing in a court of law," Ciani continued. "Where she also will soon prevail at trial against her ex-fiancé, Rob, and the other vindictive members of his family (namely, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner)."
Rob and Chyna have always had a rocky relationship, and their falling out in 2017 was even more explosive, with allegations of abuse on both sides, and a violation of California’s revenge porn laws by Rob.
In February 2019, it appeared the exes were in a good space after both sent out tweets to announce that they were actively co-parenting, "and there are no pending or active custody cases." Chyna even called Rob a "wonderful father."
Per PEOPLE, however, tensions rose again by June when Chyna called out her ex for restricting their daughter from appearing on her reality series "The Real Blac Chyna." Chyna is also a mom to seven-year-old King Cairo, her son with rapper Tyga.
