Gabrielle Union of 'LA's Finest' Is All Smiles as She Plays with Daughter Kaavia James in a Recent Photo

Actress Gabrielle Union is a yummy mummy. The doting mom shared adorable pictures with her daughter on social media.

Cuteness overload!! On Wednesday, the actress took to Instagram to share pictures of herself and her daughter in a cuddly position. The mother and daughter seemed like they were in a playful mood.

In the photo, the doting mom is clad in a white bathrobe with her signature braids flowing right over her back as she slouched forward while holding onto her daughter Kaavia James.

The actress's mini-me was all in on the playful atmosphere as she surrendered to her mom's hugs. The little one wearing a shiny neckpiece had on a black tee with "Wu-tang" inscribed on it atop black socks.

Union and her daughter were all smiles in the snap. The post warmed the hearts of many as her fans took to the comment section to express how adorable the mother and daughter duo were.

She tagged her daughter's account in the brief caption to the photo alongside love emojis. Union wrote:

"Mornings with @kavviajames."

The "LA Finest" star is totally in awe of her one-year-old sidekick. A day before, the actress posted a picture with her daughter wearing a two-piece and winter boots. The mom of one sat on the staircase while she looked down lovingly at the tod.

Gabrielle is a fitness junkie, but things slowed down in that aspect of her life since she welcomed her daughter coupled with her busy schedule. The actress had a chat with Parade to share how she's been able to work through it all.

In the interview, Union, who had just landed a partnership deal with a fitness app, told the publication that found the app organically while she was going about her day. The actress who was lagging on her fitness goals was impressed to discover a fantastic platform that came at no extra cost.

On how she finds time to work out and care for her one-year-old, the actress revealed that she designed a "mommy and me "work out session on the application that enables for mothers like her to include their toddlers in their workout routine. She said:

"There is actually a clip on it on FitOn where it's like Mommy and Me workouts that you can do with your small people."

The actress also revealed that she's learned not to be hard on herself when she misses gym sessions on account of her daughter. She told the publication that the world wouldn't crumble if she misses out on her sessions for one day.

Outside of spirited workouts, the actress shared a stress reliever hack, which she thinks is suitable for everyone; she told the publication that taking a 10 minutes bathroom break to gather your thoughts is adequately stress relieving.

Although Union's Instagram page is filled with images of her mini-me, another account to look out for is Kaavia's personal Instagram page. The one-year-old is slowly on the path to becoming an influencer as she has garnered over a million followers.

Union and her beau Dwayne welcomed their daughter in November 2018 through a gestational surrogate. The actress who had suffered from multiple miscarriages was diagnosed with adenomyosis, a condition where uterine lining cells grow into the wall of the uterus.
