NeNe Leakes' Husband Gregg Shared Rare Photo of Son Dexter and His Girlfriend Pinky

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Nene Leakes' husband Gregg Leakes posts never before seen picture of his son, The Boss on Instagram, and his fans had the most adorable things to say about it.

The 66-year-old real estate investor took to his Instagram page to share pictures of his grown-up son, The Boss, with a female companion. In it, his son was adorned with black shades, a black shirt with cigars clenched between his teeth.

In the caption, the proud father wrote:

"My son, The Boss…Pinky & The Boss are NYE ready... Now serve 'em.."

The reality TV star's fans commended his son's good looks with many gushing on how much the father-son duo look alike.

A day before, Gregg took to the same platform to share a New Year day post. In it, the cancer survivor encouraged his followers to be more empathic with people in the new year as emotions and feelings don't change with the stroke of a clock. He wrote,

"it's the same broken Feelings & Emotions... Be kind to somebody this year."

Reality TV star Nene and her husband have had a rollercoaster ride in their relationship. The duo met over two decades ago when Nene was an exotic dancer.

Shortly after they met and exchanged numbers, Gregg left the TV star a voicemail saying he'd marry her someday. That wish soon became a reality in no time since the heartthrobs walked down the aisle a year later.

Events took a sad turn for the Leakes' in 2018 when Gregg was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. The reality star stood firm behind her husband, supporting him every step of the way.

Two years after tying the knot, the couple welcomed their first child together in 1999. This was neither of the couples first as Nene had a child before meeting her husband, and Gregg had five children from a previous marriage.

The fairytale romance hit a major stumbling block in 2011 when the "RHOA" star filed for divorce. This turn came as a surprise to many as the couple is known to be the best of friends out the camera. On why she filed for divorce, the actress had this to say:

"I filed for divorce because I always felt like you have to teach people how to treat you."

Merely a year after their split, Gregg tried to get back with the "RHOA" star, his efforts didn't only work out, it led the duo back to the aisle.

The couple remarried in a wedding stamped in the depth of time as they had a special Bravos episode "I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding" dedicated to their remarriage.

Events took a sad turn for the Leakes' in 2018 when Gregg was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. The reality star stood firm behind her husband, supporting him every step of the way.

The actress wasn't the only support system her husband had; the children, including their 19-year-old son, saw their dad through it all. Nene was particularly proud of her teenage son for holding his emotions through the turbulent period.

One year after the diagnosis, in May 2019, the estate investor was declared cancer-free. The overjoyed actress took to Instagram to share the great news. Gregg also shared his gratefulness for leaving 2019 without the disease in a recent post.
