Kim Kardashian from KUWTK Reunited with Caitlyn Jenner at Vanity Fair Oscars After-Party

Kim Kardashian and Caitlyn Jenner appeared in good spirits as they partied with one another at Vanity Fair Oscars Party.

Soon after the 92nd annual Academy Awards ended, Vanity Fair hosted its annual Oscars after-party on Sunday, February 9.

Stars including Kim Kardashian and her former stepfather, Caitlyn Jenner, showed up to the party dressed to the nines, according to Us Magazine.

"The mother-of-four also criticized Caitlyn for putting space between her and the other members of the family."

The event, which held at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, saw Caitlyn and Kim chatting and even posing for pictures that the former shared on her Instagram feed.

While Caitlyn had attended the party with her friend, Sophia Hutchins, Kim was in attendance with her husband, Kanye West.

As it turned out, all four had posed for a series of pictures, which caused quite the conversation on Caitlyn’s Instagram.

While many loved the bond between the “Keeping up with the Kardashians” stars, others complained that Kim looked uncomfortable in her white dress.

Amid the comments on Instagram, Metro pointed out that the Jenner-Kardashian reunion came shortly after Kim claimed that she didn’t get invited to see Caitlyn get kicked off “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!”

It would be recalled that 70-year-old Caitlyn had made headlines after she emerged as a contestant on the U.K. reality competition that saw her talking to her campmates about her family members.

The conversation had led many to believe that all wasn’t right in the Kardashian-Jenner clan, especially when nobody showed up to support the “I Am Cait” star.

Due to the drama that ensued during that period, her son, Brandon, had expressed that neither the star nor the producers of the show reached out to their family before the show began. As reported by Metro, Kim had swiftly taken to Twitter to agree with Brandon by stating that:

“NO ONE from I’m A Celeb even reached out and asked for letters, appearances or anything from any Kardashians or Jenners.”

According to Cheatsheet, things became rocky in the family after Caitlyn released her memoir “The Secrets Of My Life.”

The book not only contained secrets about her ex-wife, Kris Jenner, but it also upset the Kardashian sisters. Things became even worse after the parent-of-six publicly stated that she couldn’t trust the Kardashian clan.

Nicki Swift further reported that during the first season of “I Am Cait,” Kim had called her former stepfather out on the things she found unappealing since she (Caitlyn) transitioned.

The mother-of-four also criticized Caitlyn for putting space between her and the other members of the family.

Kris and Khloe had subsequently made the same point when they told Caitlyn that she was insensitive to the family he left behind thus making it difficult for them to support her.
