Demetria McKinney from "House of Payne" wears a gorgeous body-hugging dress that showed off her figure in a new black-and-white photo she shared on Instagram.

Demetria Dyan McKinney is already 40 years old, yet she looks nothing her age as her youthful glow remains the same.

In a new picture, she showed off her stunning figure as she flashed a small smile for the camera. Her halter dress was accented with a glamorous fur coat and oversized hoop earrings.

Demetria McKinney had a difficult childhood, but she made sure to use this as motivation to do well for herself.

MCKINNEY'S HOLLYWOOD CAREER

McKinney is best known for her role in Tyler Perry movies such as "Tyler Perry's Meet The Browns" and "Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married." She, later on, landed a huge role in "House of Payne," which revolved around an African-American family.

She also portrayed the iconic songstress Whitney Houston in the 2017 biopic "Bobbi Kristina," which revolved around her daughter.

Aside from these, she also starred on the "Real Housewives of Atlanta," where she stirred up the drama for a number of episodes. Demetria also released an album entitled "Officially Yours," which she released in 2017.

LOOKING BACK AT HER DIFFICULT CHILDHOOD

Demetria McKinney had a difficult childhood, but she made sure to use this as motivation to do well for herself. She ran away from home when she was a teenager to escape sexual abuse from her mother's husband, leading to being homeless for a while.

Despite this, she graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School and later on obtained a college degree from the Okaloosa-Walton Community College.

MAKING A NAME FOR HERSELF

Through all the hardships, she made sure to rise above it all and make a name for herself. In 1997, before rising to fame, she gave birth to a son whom she raises as a single mother. While she's kept him out of the spotlight for years, the two remain very close.

As for her relationships, McKinney has never been married. However, she is currently engaged to Roger M. Bobb, a producer of hit movies and TV shows. After starting their relationship in 2014, they got engaged in 2016 and no news of their marriage has been heard of since.
