Bob Saget's Wife Is Two Decades Younger Than Him — Meet Kelly Rizzo

Robert Lane Saget proved age was not a barrier to love when he married Kelly Rizzo, and the "Full House" star cannot get enough of her.

Although the comedian was in love with the 39-year-old food and travel blogger, it took him four days to summon the courage to pop the golden question to Rizzo. Luckily for him, she said yes.

In an interview with People, the excited 63-year-old sitcom star talked about how he brought his ring out of hiding and proposed to the "Eat Travel Rock" Tv show star.

According to the actor, proposing to the Chicago native was an emotional activity for him. He told People:

"I opened the safe, and I took out a ring that I had been hiding for four days, and I got on one knee. And she said, 'What are you doing?!' She got very emotional, and so did I."

The "Full House" star was previously married to Sherri Kramer for 15 years. By the time the ex-couple divorced, they already had three children.

The "Fuller House" tv series star almost gave up on love following the divorce. Thankfully he met his current heartthrob through a mutual friend.

Saget had previously resigned to his divorce while focusing his attention on his three daughters - Aubrey Saget, Jennifer Belle Saget, and Lara Melanie Saget.

The online celebrities have a lot of friends in common, including John Stamos and his wife, Caitlin McHugh.

Rizzo is no way disturbed about the age difference between her and Saget. In a previous interview with Michigan Ave magazine, the blond fashionista revealed:

"I don't really see him as Danny Tanner, to me he's just Bobby, my love."

Bob Saget and Kelly Rizzo got married in a fancy hotel, "Shutters on the Beach" in Monica, California, two years ago. Before the marriage, the comedian, known for his adult jokes, feared he would never find love again.

The former "Full House" star realized he was wrong when he met the travel blogger. When they got engaged, the new fiancee told in a US Weekly that she loves all six of his personalities.

The comedian still cannot believe he wakes up every morning to see Rizzo's radiant face. Saget had previously resigned to his divorce while focusing his attention on his three daughters - Aubrey Saget, Jennifer Belle Saget, and Lara Melanie Saget.

Saget is also a Grammy nominee. In 2014, his comedy album, "That's What I'm Talkin' About," was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album. He also serves on the board of the Scleroderma Research Foundation.
