According to a recent report by Variety, the 18-year-old just spent some of that cash on his first house, which he got for a whopping $2.6 million+.

Fans were excited to see that the sibling bond between Bigi and Michael was going strong after a family friend had claimed that the duo were best friends.

The house, which is hidden away with one of Calabasas' countless 24/7 guard-gated communities, the estate has nearly 6,400 square feet of living space with six bedrooms and 7.5 baths.

The new Jackson estate was built in 1990 and has undergone several renovations which led to it being a loose Mediterranean-style house with a three-car attached garage and three fireplaces.

E! Online added that Bigi's new digs came with a master bedroom with the features of a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a grand bathroom.

Additionally, there was also a gym area situated just off the suite, which would come in handy for the times that he wants to work up some sweat.

The news of Jackson Jr.'s new house came after People announced that he had marked his 18th birthday with a dinner date with his elder brother, Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr.

According to the website, Joseph had taken to his Instagram Story to share a post where he wished Bigi a happy birthday and thanked his friends for joining in the celebration.

Fans were excited to see that the sibling bond between Bigi and Michael was going strong after a family friend had claimed that the duo were best friends.

The pair have certainly come a long way since the Jackson family made headlines following their late father's 2002 attempt to show Bigi off flopped.

E! Online recalled that the late "Starting Something" crooner had held his youngest child, who was still a toddler at the time, over the railing of their Adlon Hotel balcony.

Michael had done that as a way of showing his son off to a crowd of cheering fans who were mixed with photographers who wanted a shot at the pop legend's third child.

Unfortunately, the towel which covered the baby's face during the incident made for terrible publicity and inspired a tragic plot point in a 2003 "Law & Order" episode.
